Fabio Quartararo has opened up about the real reasons behind his decision to leave Yamaha and join Honda for the 2027 MotoGP season, admitting that he needed both a competitive new package and a fresh start.

After spending eight seasons in MotoGP with Yamaha, including six seasons as a factory rider, the 2021 world champion will begin a completely new chapter with Honda in 2027.
